Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know how to meditate?
– No. I guide you through the entire process step by step and introduce you to powerful spiritual tools and techniques that can further deepen your practice.
Do I need to believe in the Higher Self?
– I encourage you to approach the workshop with an open mind. During the first four sessions, I clearly explain what the Higher Self is, where it comes from, its role in our lives, and why I believe it plays such an important role. I also share numerous personal experiences in which my Higher Self intervened in decisive ways.
If, after exploring this material, you remain doubtful about your Higher Self’s existence, this workshop is not for you. Doubt is a low-frequency feeling that will negate the entire process.
Can I do the workshop at my own pace?
