By using our Website or purchasing or using any of our products or Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Store, Refund, and Return Policy, together with our other applicable policies and agreements, including:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms and Conditions
- Cookies Policy
- Store, Refund, and Return Policy
If You do not agree with these policies in their entirety, You should not use our Website, purchase our products or Services, or access our paid content.
This Policy forms part of the overall contractual framework governing purchases and use of our products and Services. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection rights under Cyprus, European Union, or other applicable law shall prevail over any provision of this Policy that cannot lawfully limit or exclude those rights.

This refers to the natural person or legal entity purchasing, accessing, or using our Website, Products, or Services.
Third-Party Service Provider
This refers to an independent company or service provider used by the Owner to provide, process, deliver, support, or facilitate Products or Services.
- Purchases and Payment Processing
Our Products and Services may be sold, processed, delivered, or supported through third-party service providers.
For certain Products and online courses, Digistore24 may act as the merchant of record and may process the purchase, payment, invoicing, order administration, customer support, product delivery, and related transaction functions.
For consultations and other appointment-based Services, payment may be processed through Stripe, while appointments may be scheduled through Calendly.
Online courses may be hosted and delivered through Coachy.
The particular third-party provider responsible for processing a transaction may depend on the Product or Service purchased and the purchasing process used.
By completing a purchase, You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process the transaction.
Prices, payment terms, available payment methods, and any applicable taxes or charges will be presented during the applicable purchasing process.
Where a third-party provider processes the transaction, that provider may also apply its own terms, policies, and payment procedures.
- Digital Products and Online Courses
Many of our Products and Services consist entirely or substantially of Digital Content.
Digital Products and online courses may include, without limitation:
- online video lessons;
- audio recordings;
- guided meditations;
- self-development or spiritual educational materials;
- PDF documents and worksheets;
- downloadable files;
- course modules and lessons;
- recordings and other educational resources.
After a successful purchase, access to Digital Content may be provided through the applicable third-party platform or delivery system.
Digital Content is provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, upload, transmit, or otherwise make the Digital Content available to third parties except where expressly authorized by the Owner in writing.
Unauthorized sharing of course credentials or access, copying or distribution of Digital Content, or other unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Owner.
- Right of Withdrawal and EU Consumer Rights
If You are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, You may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable statutory period.
For many distance purchases, EU consumer law provides a 14-day withdrawal period. The applicable period and conditions depend on whether the purchase concerns goods, Services, or Digital Content.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Digital Content
For Digital Content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins if:
- You have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
- You have expressly acknowledged that You thereby lose Your right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, where You purchase Digital Content and expressly consent to immediate access, downloading, streaming, or other supply of the Digital Content while acknowledging the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply once supply has begun.
Where the required consent and acknowledgment have not been obtained, applicable statutory withdrawal rights will continue to apply.
- Refund Policy for Digital Products and Online Courses
Refund and money-back guarantee terms may vary depending on the particular Digital Product or online course purchased.
Where a specific Product or Service is offered with a stated money-back guarantee, the applicable guarantee period and conditions will be clearly communicated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, purchase confirmation, or other applicable purchasing information.
Depending on the particular Digital Product or online course, the applicable refund or guarantee terms may include, but are not limited to:
- a money-back guarantee that remains available for a specified period, such as fourteen (14) days;
- a longer money-back guarantee, such as sixty (60) days;
- a Product-specific guarantee subject to particular conditions; or
- no money-back guarantee, including where the applicable terms provide that the guarantee or right to cancel is lost once the Digital Content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise supplied.
The specific refund or guarantee terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to that particular Product or Service, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where a money-back guarantee is subject to conditions, those conditions must be satisfied in order for a refund to be issued.
The existence of a money-back guarantee does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply independently under applicable law.
Where the applicable guarantee has expired, or where its stated conditions have not been met, no refund will be provided except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Faulty, Defective, or Non-Conforming Digital Content
Nothing in this Policy affects Your statutory rights in relation to Digital Content or Digital Services that are faulty, defective, unavailable, or do not conform to the applicable contractual requirements.
If You experience a technical problem preventing You from accessing or using purchased Digital Content, You should contact us promptly and provide sufficient information to identify the Product and the problem.
Where appropriate, we may attempt to resolve the technical issue, restore access, or provide the applicable remedy.
Where mandatory consumer law provides a right to repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or refund because Digital Content or a Digital Service does not conform to the applicable requirements, those rights remain unaffected.
- Returns and Exchanges
Because many of our Products are supplied digitally, physical returns or exchanges generally do not apply to Digital Content.
Where physical Products are offered directly by us, any applicable statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Where a physical Product is purchased from a third-party vendor, that vendor’s applicable return, refund, and exchange procedures will apply.
- Consultations, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
For private consultations, spiritual sessions, or other appointment-based Services provided directly by the Owner, rescheduling is not permitted within four (4) days of the scheduled appointment date and time.
If You are unable to attend Your scheduled appointment, You may request to reschedule using the applicable booking or confirmation link, provided that the request is made more than four (4) days before the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments, no-shows, and cancellations made within four (4) days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
By booking an appointment-based Service, You acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and rescheduling conditions.
Where an appointment is cancelled by the Owner, or where the Owner is unable to provide the booked Service, You will be offered an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund, as applicable.
- Third-Party Products and Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, Products, Services, or platforms.
We do not directly control third-party businesses, websites, Products, Services, payment systems, or purchasing processes.
Where You purchase a Product or Service directly from a third-party provider, that provider’s applicable terms, refund policy, return policy, and consumer procedures will apply.
Any dispute concerning a purchase made directly from a third-party provider should generally be addressed with the provider responsible for that transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights You may have under applicable consumer protection law.
- Affiliate Disclosure
We may include affiliate links to third-party Products, Services, or resources that we recommend. When You click an affiliate link and subsequently make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to You.
We also use affiliate links associated with our own Products and Services. Purchases made through these links may be tracked through third-party affiliate platforms for attribution and commission purposes.
We select affiliate relationships and recommended Products and Services with consideration given to their relevance, usefulness, reputation, and service quality.
The existence of an affiliate relationship does not alter the price You pay unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Third-Party Service Providers
We use various independent third-party service providers to operate, process, deliver, support, or facilitate our Website, Products, and Services.
These may include providers such as Coachy, Digistore24, Calendly, Stripe, MailerLite, Zoho, Google, social media platforms, and other service providers or platforms that may be introduced or used from time to time.
Third-party providers operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, refund policies, and other applicable conditions.
We carefully select service providers based on their suitability for the relevant purpose, service quality, security practices, and, where applicable, their ability to meet applicable data protection requirements.
Where a third-party provider processes Your personal data, such processing is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
- Unauthorized Use and Access
Purchases and access rights are personal to the purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated.
You must not:
- share paid course or account credentials with another person;
- provide unauthorized access to purchased Digital Content;
- reproduce or distribute paid course materials without authorization;
- resell or commercially exploit purchased Digital Content;
- attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures;
- use another person’s account or purchasing credentials;
- make purchased Digital Content available to the public.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that unauthorized use, access, sharing, copying, distribution, fraud, or other misuse has occurred.
Such suspension or termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to the Owner.
- Refund Requests
Where You believe that You are entitled to a refund under this Policy or applicable law, You should contact us and provide the relevant purchase information and reason for the request.
Where the purchase was processed by a third-party merchant or platform, we may direct You to the applicable provider where that provider is responsible for processing the transaction or refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed through the same payment method or purchasing platform used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
Where applicable law requires a refund within a specific period, the refund will be processed in accordance with those requirements.
- No Waiver of Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable consumer protection law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
- Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Store, Refund, and Return Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Policy.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
You should review this Policy periodically to remain informed about the current terms governing purchases, refunds, returns, cancellations, and other transaction-related matters.
By continuing to use our Website or purchase our Products or Services after revised provisions become effective, You acknowledge the revised Policy, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to transactions already completed.
- Contact

For purchases processed through a third-party merchant or service provider, please also refer to the transaction confirmation and the applicable provider’s support or refund procedures.
