I am dedicating many hours to creating my social media accounts and learning how to produce quality content by teaching myself through YouTube. Below are my official social media channels. All of them share the same content except my YouTube channel, which is an older one containing dozens of classical self-development audio books for you to enjoy.
* My First Amazon Win! | October 17, 2025
I received a badge for being the #1 New Release in the Adult and Continuing Education category on Amazon. Although it disappeared after a few days, it meant the world to me, even though I never knew such a title existed. I believe this happened because of a sudden surge in sales that followed a group email I sent to hundreds of my workshop participants. Years ago, I told them to keep an eye out for a book of mine that would help them reach the next level. I saved their emails for this exact moment, and many supported me by buying their copies right away.
* My TikTok Discovery | November 02, 2025
A fun and eye-opening moment. I finally discovered how to promote my TikTok videos within the TikTok community and also learned that these promotions are not free. 😊😊😊 Time to scale up the outreach!
* Worldwide Availability Begins | November 6, 2025
I decided to collaborate with Lulu.com as my global distributor. My book is now available in many bookshops around the world in addition to Amazon, expanding its reach far beyond what I first imagined.

It is also worth noting that when my eBook reached bestseller status in Adult & Continuing Education, it was concurrently ranking third in the considerably more competitive New Age Self-Help category—an achievement that tends to be overlooked!
* Year in Review | December 31, 2025
After almost 25 years as a chiropractor, I chose to retire, sell my practice, and step into the unknown. I moved to Thailand with one clear intention: to finally write the book that had been quietly taking shape over years of teaching and lived experience.
Living there gave me the space I needed. In September 2025, the book was finished. Shortly after, I returned to Cyprus, now my base, to prepare for its launch. What unfolded next still feels surreal. On October 17, 2025, the book became a #1 New Release in the Adult and Continuing Education category on Amazon. Soon after, 4 and 5-star reviews began to arrive. Then, on November 29, 2025, it reached #1 Bestseller in the same category, a moment that will stay with me for a long time.
More than the rankings, what I feel most is relief and quiet pride. I did this on my own. The writing, the learning, building a website, the endless hours at the computer, and the persistence required to reach a goal.
None of this would have been possible without those who chose to support the book, especially those who took the time to leave a review. Your support carried this project farther than I could have on my own.

Stepping Into 2026 With Clarity | January 03, 2026
Today is only the third day of 2026. If you are wondering what I am stepping into next in my life, not only professionally but personally as well, I can tell you this. If you had asked me yesterday morning, my honest answer would have been that I had absolutely no fucking idea. And yes, the fact that I even used the F word says everything about how unsure my future felt to me in that moment, especially since I rarely swear and it is not part of my character.
However, I did something that transformed confusion into clarity within the space of an hour, and suddenly everything clicked into place. Why do I now feel, once again, confident, grounded, calm, and genuinely excited about my future, with a clear sense of direction and, just as importantly, a clear hierarchy of what needs to be done?
Rather than compressing that story into a few lines here, I want to share it fully so you can understand not only what happened but also how I worked with it. I will unpack the entire experience, the method I used, and the outcome in an article I will begin writing immediately after finishing this message.
