The Experiences That Shaped My Path and Opened the Door to My Higher Self

Before I share the extraordinary events that led to conscious communication with my Higher Self, I would like to give you a brief overview of some of the experiences that shaped my life and set me on this path. Rather than turning this article into a full autobiography, I have chosen to present these milestones in point form so you can quickly understand the journey that brought me here.

1974 – Born and raised in the Republic of Cyprus.
Childhood – Experienced my first profound spiritual awakening while watching Battlestar Galactica, a science fiction television series centered on humanity’s journey through space. Although I was only a child, something about life among the stars stirred a powerful sense of familiarity and longing within me, as if I were remembering a forgotten existence far beyond this world and my connection to it.
Age 12 – Developed a fascination with UFOs, extraterrestrial life, and unexplained phenomena. This curiosity soon expanded into ancient mysteries, esoteric teachings, consciousness studies, and paranormal phenomena.
Age 20 – Discovered Carl Sextus’s book Hypnotism, Its Facts, Theories, and Related Phenomena (1893). This remarkable work opened my eyes to the extraordinary capabilities of the human mind and inspired a lifelong interest in consciousness and human potential.
Age 22 – Moved to Melbourne, Australia, to study Chiropractic at RMIT University.
Australia Years – Joined The Church of Spiritual Unity and participated in its Psychic Development Circle. This marked the beginning of the conscious development of my psychic, intuitive, and healing abilities.
Australia Years – Studied Pranic Healing extensively under Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and other instructors, gaining practical experience in energy healing, psychic protection, self-healing, distant healing, and crystal therapy.
2002 – Fulfilled a long-held ambition by becoming a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the Academy of Hypnotic Science.
2003 – Returned to Cyprus and established a chiropractic practice. During the early years, I supplemented my income through clinical hypnotherapy, helping clients with smoking cessation and hypno-birthing.
2011 – My Darkest Period. In 2011, the financial crisis hit Cyprus like a tidal wave, devastating both my business and my personal life. Within seven months, I lost my secretary, had to give up my rented house, and found myself living with my wife in my work apartment—with our bed awkwardly squeezed right into the kitchen. Insomnia, depression, and anxiety became my constant companions, driving me to take heavy doses of prescribed medication just to get a few hours of fitful sleep. To top it all off, that painful chapter concluded with a divorce, leaving me completely adrift.

Yet, it was in that exact rock-bottom moment that my true transformation began. A few months later, I stumbled upon some forgotten meditation books on my shelves that I had never actually opened. It sparked a realization: if I couldn’t sleep, perhaps I could meditate.

Despite my initial struggles with a restless mind, the guidance of the Swamis and Yogis who wrote those books proved invaluable. Within a month of diligent practice, I reached a point where I could lie completely still for four hours each night in a deep meditative state before finally drifting into a couple of hours of truly rejuvenating sleep.

A Turning Point – Through daily meditation practice, I gradually overcame my dependence on sleep medication and, more importantly, began experiencing a dramatic expansion of my psychic awareness.
The Breakthrough – This period eventually led to regular and conscious communication with my Higher Self and my 6th-dimensional self, opening a doorway to insights, guidance, and collaboration that would permanently transform my life.
Sharing the Gift – As my communication with my Higher Self deepened, I felt compelled to create a workshop on the Akashic Records and teach others how to establish their own connection. What began as a small local initiative gradually expanded beyond Cyprus, attracting participants from around the world. For me, this growing international reach provided powerful validation that the system was not unique to my own experience, but was accessible to anyone willing to learn and practice the methods involved.
Ongoing Exploration – Alongside my spiritual development, I continued experimenting with Human Initiated Contact Experiences (HICE/CE5), seeking direct interaction with non-human intelligences. While many of these experiences were fascinating, one proved particularly challenging and would ultimately become one of the most important lessons of my life. How that experience unfolded and how I eventually resolved it are described in detail in my book.
2024 – Driven by a desire for greater freedom, simplicity, and alignment with my deeper purpose, I sold most of my possessions, closed my chiropractic practice, and left Cyprus. My first stop was Thailand, where I spent a year. The change of scenery and slower pace of life provided the space I needed to adapt to a new way of living, reflect on the journey that led me there, and ultimately finish writing and publishing my first book.

Looking back, every challenge and setback played a key role in preparing me for an event that changed my life, and I am truly grateful for everything that happened. I am certain that if any of the experiences during that dark period of my life had been left out, the doorway to communicating with my Higher Self would never have opened.

How This Sacred Partnership Transformed My Life and How It Can Transform Yours

Let me begin by sharing the definition of the Higher Self as it was given to me by my own Higher Self. If you have ever searched for this term, you have probably encountered dozens of different explanations. Since you are reading my material, it makes sense that we start from the same understanding. 😊

The Higher Self is the expanded aspect of who we are that remains beyond the physical realm. It holds a complete understanding of our soul’s journey, our experiences across lifetimes, and the purpose behind our current incarnation. In many ways, you can think of it as the co-writer, producer, and director of your life, gently guiding you toward experiences that support your growth and evolution.

For most of my life, I was unaware of just how much support and guidance was available to me. Like many people, I often felt I had to navigate life’s challenges alone. That changed dramatically once I established conscious communication with my Higher Self.

Over the years, my Higher Self has become far more than a source of information. It has become my most trusted companion, teacher, mentor, life coach, and spiritual guide. During difficult times, it has provided clarity when I was confused, reassurance when I was uncertain, and guidance when I could not see the path ahead.

What surprised me most was discovering that my Higher Self was not merely offering advice. It was actively helping to orchestrate opportunities, lessons, synchronicities, and experiences designed to support my spiritual growth and help me remain aligned with my soul’s purpose.

Through this relationship, I have gained:

Greater clarity regarding my life’s purpose and direction.
A deeper understanding of the challenges and lessons I came here to experience.
Insight into major life events and why they occurred.
Guidance for important personal and professional decisions.
A stronger connection to my intuition and inner knowing.
Accelerated spiritual growth and self-awareness.
Access to wisdom, perspectives, and solutions that would have otherwise remained hidden from me.

And here is the most important point I want to leave you with.

Nothing I have described is unique to me.

Every person has a Higher Self.

Every person has access to this relationship.

Every person’s Higher Self serves the same fundamental purpose: to support, guide, and assist them throughout their journey.

What I have gained from this sacred partnership, you can gain as well.
